Refund Error on systems

PlaymoregolfSA has a serious error in their booking systems. In the last year it happened four times that I book and pay for golf on-line, later I had to cancel the bookings for whatever reason and I realised that they either partially refunded me or did not refund me at all of did not refund my free round of golf. Only after numerous calls and emails did they refund me in each case.
I wonder how many thousands of rands were never refunded to their customers, without them even being aware of this serious error on their systems?
They admitted in writing a few months ago that they have system issues and are trying to sort them out. So will all customers be refunded for the past events where they were not refunded? Not likely. Blatant in my opinion.
