Not Being Refunded

Hi

On the 2nd of May I mistakenly purchased six tickets for the Zonke - The Give and Take DVD Concert instead of 2. Upon noticing the error, I immediately called Computicket notifying them of the mistake and asking them to refund me the amount for the 4 tickets purchased in error (R1000). I was told that the money had been refunded and the funds will reflect in my bank account in 5 - 7 working days (9th/10th May). On the 13th of May the money was still not in my account so I decided to call Computicket again. This time I was told the money will reflect in my account by COB on the 13th or latest, the 14th. It is now the 17th of May and I still have not been refunded.

Please can someone tell me:
1. What the delay is with refunding me
2. A realistic date for the refund.

It is frustrating to have to call in 3 times for the same issue and been told a different answer.
Is computicket giving me the run-around?

I also requested a confirmation email stating that they acknowledge the error and the money will be refunded. I have yet to date to receive that mail.
