Worst service

I have never received such bad service in my life!! I cancelled my contract on the 27 November 2013 serving 30 days notice and effectively ending my contract on the 27 Dec 2013. They still debited my account on the 31 dec for the month of Jan and when I questioned them it was found that they never cancelled my contract despite written evidence that they received my cancellation form. The person that I am dealing with at the club is useless and when you e-mail the customer service they cant be bothered to even reply. Drawing out the cancellation process so that they can just more money from you!!
