Cancel my contract!!

I have signed up with Zone fitness at the end of November, within a week from signing up I received notification that I would have to relocate back to Durban, I had immediately contact Riyaaz and notified him of this and that I would no longer require the contract. When signing up I asked him about cancellation periods and penalties to which I was advised there aren't any. When I explained my reason for cancellation, a penalty fee was brought up which I was advised otherwise about. Riyaaz had requested a confirmation of my flight as proof of me leaving and I in return asked for a return address to send to, either fax or email, to date I have not received. I have to continously call Riyaaz to get him to help me and nothing is being done. He had also requested the original copy of my blue form which he advised me he will collect from me, I am now in Durban and he has not contacted me to fetch this document. To my utter irritation the debit order has also been taken off my account. The service during the sale was great, but afterwards, its disgraceful!!
