Good day

On the 30/07/2013 i joined up with virgin with Mahomed at Moponya mall, on the 31st i then went back to him and advised that i need to cancel as im relocating. He advised that its in process and that he submitted it to admin. On the 01/08/2013 i was debited by you guys of which i reversed. I asked him again why i was debited he apologised and advised its a mistake it shouldnt have happened. He kept not giving any feedback until i sms'd him on 13/08/2013 stating" I have put into process, but ill need an email from you stating that you did action cancellation, you can send it to [Email Removed] i did that same day i emailed him still no reply. I sms him again 20/08/2013 for feedback he advised his sorry he was busy lately he will get back to me. He didnt get back to. I now need my joining fee opf R150 to be refunded quite urgently. Please attend the matter ASAP.
