Struggling to cancel my Account and get my Refund

I'm dissapointed in McCarthy, they continue to bill me on from my Absa Account a year after my car was reported in August 2012.I called the Admin Department on Friday 23/08/2013 to request them to cancel my policy, was advised to send a cancellation letter to [Email Removed] which i did and no one replied, today i called again and was advised to send the cancellation request to [Email Removed] has been going on forever, please cancel this policy and refund me, thats all i ask, you cannot have a query and not attend it, you asked me to send the letter i did, but you are just not cancelling and refunding me. This is unacceptable, please call me with information of when you will refund me and NOT we are attending to your query line (not interested).
