Deducting money after contract expired

After the completion and cancellation of my contract Planet Fitness decided to deduct a random amount of money from my account without my consent. I then wrote an email to the Manager of Planet Fitness Roodepoort (Michael Yeomans) without any response. I had to send about 6 emails before he responded saying that he will investigate the matter and give me feedback within 48 hours. 192 hours passed with no feedback. I then wrote another email and as usual I got no response. I then went there in person only to find that the manager is not on duty and a receptionist is manager on duty. He couldn't assist me either due to various levels of incompetence. So I decided to follow up with a call because Michael didn't bother to respond to my message that I left with reception on my visit there.

When I called he told me that "customer care" needs to sort it out. I asked for a contact number and he said I can only email them. What's the point as they don't respond to emails either. Fact is, they money from me and now I need to incur various expenses just to get back what is mine. Pathetic and ridiculous.
