Planet Fitness
6 emails later and still NOTHING!!

Up to now, I have sent Planet Fitness 6 emails requesting Transfers and cancellations. it has reached a point at which i refuse to work with them further and have put a stop on my debit order. This is due to absolutely no reply to any emails or phone calls. I have literally attempted every means of communication yet all yield the same result. After my last post on Hello Peter, i received a very generic response from Miles at Planet Fitness. This is a definite breach on their obligations to the contract. The facilities are still in the same shape and the attitudes of staff has not changed. This is absolutely pathetic and unethical! My last email contained every Planet Fitness Email address i could possibly find online, so if they tell you "You need to contact so and so" its rubbish. I Have tried EVERYONE!
If you're thinking of opening a gym contract, then do yourself a favour and don't even consider Planet Fitness!
