Cancellation fee paid, months later debited

I took out a contract at Planet Fitness in Plattekloof in January or February of 2012, but was transferred by my employer to Port Elizabeth in the beginning of 2013. So in June I asked my fiance to contact PF (Planet Fitness) to find out what I could do to cancel my contract. The receptionist (Ruth) at Plattekloof kindly responded with an account number and an amount of R 1876, 80 to be paid into the account supplied. I did so and did not pay anything after July 2013 but at the end of November 2013 PF debited three seperate amounts of: R291.50, R26.50 and R33.10. We emailed Ruth and she indicated that she did not know how this could be but gave us this following email address to direct the problem [Email Removed] We send 4 emails of which I received read receipt for all but no response. I also did an online enquiry but still no response. I desperately need this to be sorted out as I needed the money for the festive season and now its gone, with no return of any sort gained.
