After speaking to virgin numerous times, i finally called again hoping that my accounts would be in order. little did i know that i will hold for over 20 minutes with a consultant who knew nothing. after hanging as i was put on hold for 90% of the time, no one bothered to call or email to follow up. then i sent an email to the MD, upon which some clueless agent again called selling me a product, after telling him i dont want it but want my refund he was equally clueless. eventually having convinced me that he knows something i let it go. still waiting for my refund and worse they debited my account again the wrong amount. after sending three emails to the MD still no resolution. poor service, completely against the principles of the founder, whom i will be mailing after this.
