No help whatsoever at the call centre

I have requested for a paid up letter countless times, all the times that I have called I have been promised that I will receive the letter the following day, but I'm still waiting. To my surprise I have just received an sms stating that I owe R800, when I call the call centre I'm told that my account is paid up but no one is sending me that letter. I have conducted my account well and did an early cancellation due to the poor network and clueless agents from the call centre. I don't owe Virgin mobile anything and I don't want my account to be debited whilst I have settled all the fees .can someone pls assist I'm tired of calling the call centre.
