F up Gym... Useless and Pathetic

Let me not even begin to express my frustration with the Zone Fitness gym In Trade Route mall Lenasia.
I have a current contract with them on my name. I added another person with their name but provided my banking Details. After about 4 months we then change the banking details to the other person that comes with me. Till now they are still debiting my account twice monthly, rem my payment is R165 and the other is R100
what the F? One month the one payment for R100 does not go off thereafer it goes off the following months The account guy Vitesh keeps on promising me that it wont go of as everytime the R100 goes of i call him&speak to him. I am F of wasting phonecalls on him. You are Useless to be in Accounts, I want all my money refunded as you are a Thieve, Get proper people to work for you. Cheap Gym, Useless Accountants. Cheap labour does not pay off. Rather pay more and get better service.
