Zone Fitness
False information given to get contract signed

Start of this year I went to Zone Fitness to join the Gym. I am in the yachting industry and leave the country for 4 months at a time, I explained this to the salesman and manager of Zone Fitness and was promised by the two of them that my account will be put on hold should i need to leave and can resume on my return! Well as it came i had to leave South Africa for a work contract, when I contacted them i got a reply that they do not do this and my account can not be put on hold!! Great I left the country for 4 months and they have been debiting my bank ever since. I went to meet them in person where again i was promised the matter will be solved!! That was the last I heard from them. I have spoken to 4 different individuals in the last week and all I receive is empty promises that they will get back to me!! Making false statements to get customers to sign into contracts is not quite what I expected from a company like this!! Personally I will not recommend anybody to even think of joining this group!!
I have been asked once again to write an email with what happened and then they will look into the matter!! Really frustrated!!
