Misled by a consultant

I wanted a month to month contract, I have explained my situation financially that I don't want anything that will bind me. I spoke to Bruce as I ddnt want a long term contract, only to realized I have signed 12mnths contract which is not what we agreed on, l was misled because he wanted sales, I need this contract to be cancelled, I Wont have anything coming in my bank acc as from this month. I was suprised when I called them to cancel the contract that I was on 12mnths, told me sort this problem with Bruce, I am still waiting for him to get back to me and this is my second week nothing has been done.
