Neglecting my Children at the Creche

I write to bring to your attention the appalling service I received from the cr? che service at your Little Falls branch of Virgin Active today.
I made use of the Cr? che service for both of my children while I utilized the gym facilities this morning, and was content in the knowledge that I had left both children under the supervision of your two allocated carers; both boys were clean and comfortable.
Imagine my horror when I returned after my 1 hour work out to discover that the youngest child was screaming due to the fact that his nappy was full, and assuming from the smell at the Creche - had been soiled for some time without any assistance from the carers on duty. This disregard for my child is sheer neglect and has resulted in my youngest son developing 'Nappy Rash' on his bottom. I would also like to add here that when I addressed this issue with the two carers, I was ignored and my concerns were disregarded.
