Misleading Information

The staff at this branch will do anything to recruit new people. I opened my membership at the Rondebosch branch, and when I wanted to cancel I was informed of the cancellation fee based on the remaining month of the membership, I then decided not to cancel and wait for the contract to end, at the time I had 9 months remaining.

Within that 9 months I upgraded to the parow branch and the person who assisted me with the upgrade informed me that the upgrade is for the remaining 9 months. I was shocked when I was recently told that I have 16 months remaining on my membership.
