Pathetic Service and billing

Just wanted to let everybody know how Planet fitness is as a whole, I have a 3 year contract with them that I took out when I was young and stupid, since then I got diagnosed with a kidney problem and was advised by the medical experts that I am medically unfit to train or gym any further, I am unable to cancel my contract and had to pay every installment for the full 3 years and now that we come to the last payment, they deducted 2 payments for R519.10 where my usual payments was R470.00... I will not recommend anyone to ever use this franchise again, totally concomitant and never get back to you when you start to ask questions but as soon as you don't pay, then they call you every day at any time...
