I freezed my membership in Dec cause i wanted to terminate the contract and they told me i will have to pay the remaining months in cash then cancel so i decided to freeze until the end of the contract. i signed a 1 year contract on the 18 May 12 and it was suppose to expire on the 17 April 13 however April was suppose to be my last installment month. they deducted the full R299 on the 28th and i called them, they said they will listen to the call and get back to me and they havent. i want my full refund and cancel the membership. i will never recommend Virgin active to any one, they.
