I walk in the branch one month before, to cancel the most dreadful contract i have ever signed in my life, i cancel well in advance to contract stipulated dates, which is one month.

3 months later every month faithfully after my contract had been cancelled i am still being debit ordered!
i phone the manager, i email him-
i then lose track so i go on to the next step,
i look for a finance department- i then get introduced to lady who cant help me,
who takes a messages and never returns the calls,

been pushed from pillar to post and got absolutely nowhere,

can i get some help?
