Still no bag after a yea

My wife and i joined Virgin Active last year in November, and the sales lady, Audrey promissed us both bags, as it was a promotion. She said no bags were currently available, but she will give us as soon as more becomes available. After a few months the lady moved to another gym and even talking to her manager didnt help. Contacted Virgin Active later, and i was told that it was late in November. So what!! I joined in November, and i was told that we would get bags. I see these bag promotions all the time, but simply cant get a hold of this Audrey lady. Even after leaving so much messages.
I feel i was to, just so that we could sign the contracts.
