More unauthorised debit orders! Unacceptable

I have been advised to call SAYA Recoveries with regards to unauthorised debit orders going off my account. I have tried numerous times to no avail and the debit orders are still going off my account. Could someone please call me back urgently? I am quite frustrated now.
