I feel being cheated

I joined the club, last year and I was cheated as I asked them about swimming classes and they said yes, so I joined, when I'm suppose to go for classes is then I realize it was not true, so I waited up until the contract expires I phoned today and I was told that my contract expired in October but I still need to pay fees for cancellation fee until February, and I do not even have money to pay for what they are saying, and the consultant that i spoke to said when contract expires they will just stop deducting

please assist as i cannot pay for the next three month as i do not have money.
