Still waiting

I joined Virgin Active Bedfordview a few months ago (having moved from the Virgin Active in London) and was told on the day that I joined that I would receive a water bottle and 2 free personal training sessions... this has still not happened and despite emails I have sent to the Club advising them this, I am still waiting for a response!!!

Once you get the business you don't care about your members? Is this how it works???
