I signed my kids up with Club-V. The consultant took all my details and issued cards for the kids for which I paid. The first time after visiting the gym with these cards a problem was shown on the system. One of the consultants took my cards and said they will sort it out. The cards were returned to me and I was informed that the problem was fixed. The next time I arrived at the gym there was yet again a problem with the cards for the children. Again the cards were taken to be sorted out. I was then informed that the bank details and sign up for one of my children wasn't processed. I was told to bring her birth certificate along as she wasn't registered. I brought all the information yet again and was told my account is in arrears as the bank details weren't loaded but that it would now be sorted out. The first time visiting thereafter it still showed in arrears. I was told that the staff was on holiday and that it would be corrected the next time I visit. A week later it still showed in arrears. I contacted the manager and she replied via email that it was sorted out. Next time I visited it still showed in arrears. She ignored my next email and a month later it is still not fixed.
