Overcharge!! and kids card now non existent!!!

I Have only ONE report but 3 different instances.
1 - Deposited a cheque and asked for special clearance - was charged R95 instead of R85 and was told that the prices have gone up since last year. Funny how the LATEST pricing still shows R85?
2 - Asked for a once off EFT payment increase on Wed 20 March - to pay school fees. Was told this was fine, but needed it cleared from another department, which would be by Friday 22nd the latest. - Still nothing!!!
3 - My children have Sum1 accounts, and was told by the tellers and enquiries staff that their cards need to be upgraded as they are no longer on the system. After the staff member threw away around 4 "chip" cards which are not for Sum1 accounts anyway, proceeded with standard debit cards, after 2 attempts and more cards wasted, we finally left with only one of the children's cards done, as the "system"?? maybe an incompetent staff member?? kept on saying "invalid account" The one card we have cannot be used as the ATM now says " Your request cannot be processed, there are no accounts linked to your card. If you wish to query this transaction, please take this slip to your nearest branch", we were trying to so a deposit!!
