My husband and I moved over to Virgin Active in September 2013, a couple of months after my second child was born. We swopped over from the gym we were at because of the amazing Club V facilities. However since joining my children STILL do not have access to Club V (for almost 5 months now).
We have been handed over from one person to another to "sort out our contract". The consultant who did my husband and my contract was unable to do the Club V one, there was someone who dealt specifically with them, Michael. Michael took the details and was to liase with Vitality to get it set up. Two weeks later, Michael still hadn't sorted it out. He repeatedly to me about trying to phone me and that he was waiting on Vitality for info (this was confirmed by Vitality when I phoned them) I asked to deal with the manager and was handed over to Wade (I'm not sure if he is a manager). Wade promised to sort it out and 2 weeks later I had 2 Club V cards in my hands. Unfortuately, the next time I went to the gym with my 2 kids (under age 2) the cards were not working. I have now been referred to Pora, Desiree and another, and still no joy!!! Everyone just apologises for Virgin's mess ups!!!
