This has now been about 7 weeks since this problem started. I registered my baby on Club-V when she was 7 weeks old, she is 14 weeks old and the problem is still not resolved. The a Mr Elton failed to make sure all my signatures was on the paperwork, which meant my child was not registered. After about a week I got my signature taken care of. But then for some reason, when I swiped any of my 4 cards, it said that we are in arrears with our payments. It went on like this for a few weeks, until Mr Elton said he would sort out my cards, and hand it back to me within the hour. After the hour, he was missing, apparently had to take care of other business, and did not leave my cards for me. So now for about 2 weeks, I have been without my cards, which means the beloved staff members hesitates to let me in, because getting into the system with my ID nr is still says in arrears with payment, so I am left standing like an with my 3 children in tow. I have not been to the gym for more than a week now, and I am losing my Vitality points, which means soon I will be paying full price. Now I have complained on the website, spoken to 2 other staff members, still nothing! Please man!
