PLANET FITNESS ROODEPOORT -USELESS

My family has had a contact with Planet Fitness for a number of years.

On 11 Nov 2013 i emailed the Roodepoort club - after discussing with them telephonically - and advised that 2 of the members on the contract will no longer need their services and to cancel their membership. No response.

On 18th Nov i followed up with another email asking for a response. I got a curt email from Rabson Makhura asking for the ID numbers for the members i wanted cancelled. Sent it to him immediately. Still no repsonse.

Emailed again 20th November asking for status of cancellation. No reply - Silence.

Such Bad service. We are now considering cancelling all the memberships not just the initial cancellation.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH - YOU RESPOND VERY QUICKLY WHEN ASKING US TO JOIN - WHY IS IT SUCH A BATTLE TO CANCEL. I WILL ADVISE MY BANK NOT TO HONOUR THE DECEMBER DEBIT ORDER - I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DONT USE OR WANT.
