I have been to your Soneike branch on the 18 November 2013 to cancel my membership, sales rep i spoke to advised he will get some one from the cancellations department to contact me back, still I have not received any contact from your side. Kindly contact me urgent to arrange this cancellation, as I will not be going to your Soneike branch again.
