Poor airflow and no management

I recently returned back to gym closes to me planet fitness soneike, I use to gym here 6 months ago and at virgin active a few years ago back then I had no problems, but since I returned to this branch soneike planet fitness I am shocked.

1 there is no fresh air flow inside, it's sweaty air being blown from one side to the next
2 equipment aren't maintained, the once not working is left out of order for weeks.
3 there is no staff visible, people come inside drop their bags on the floor next to the equipment, while there is lockers available, bags should be locked away to prevent other people to not fall over it.
4 some people gym with out towel leaving equipment sweaty and un hygienic,

Over all there is no control and management during peak hours at night.

We pay allot of money to part in a healthy life style but it has no purpose if the environment we try to do so are un hygienic and unsafe.
I spoke with the person on duty and gave her a note with the above to give to the opps manager with my contact number for feedback.

Needless to say, I am still awaiting his call.
