New Contract paid in full, still no access

I have been with planet fitness for the last year or so. I have been extremely unhappy with their accounts department. I tried, in vain, to have my debit order moved to my new bank account, I filled in the same for 3 times, it was still not changed!
On 14 December 2012, after I received a call stating that my account was in arrears, by a collections agency none the less, I went into the branch and requested that i settle all debt and close my contract permanently.
After a consultant spoke to me, they assured me that if I signed a new contract my old debt would be erased and after my once off payment I would have a full 3 year contract with no renewal after this period.

I agreed and paid a little over R 4000.
It has been more than a month and everytime I went to gym I was told that my access tag didn't work due to head office still having to clear my debt.
I received another call in Jan 2013 stating that my account was in arrears and I need to make payments, I have had it with this gym and their incapability to organise their accounts!!
