It is with great disappoint that I have to post this complaint regarding PF roodepoort and H/O. I signed up at PF roodepoort at the beginning of this year around March & on my contract I selected debt order and provided my account details.

The first debt was never run and I got a sms saying my account is in arrears, I then contacted the Roodepoort branch & queried what the problem was, they then said my account number is not valid, we confirmed the details on the contract and they had made a mistake entering it into the system. They said this was now corrected and the problem would not occur again so did a EFT and account was back in order. It is now the 21/06/2013 and this error has still not been corrected and now my account is 3 months arrears... I have a e-mail from the branch manager stating that She had requested the employee to do this upon my first call and that this would be escalated to H/O but still no response. I am currently dealing with Chantell Du Preez at H/O who once again promised me feed back by 12:00 pm today with regards to my account credit. To date no feedback!

It has been nothing but unpleasant to do business with planet fitness...
