Mistake has NEGATIVELY affected my credit rating

I subscribed with Ongi for virgin active membership in January. She accessed my previous credentials from the previous membership from their system. She asked me few questions and asked if every other information is still the same and has not changed. I said yes. From my previous membership, debit orders for membership fees were taken on the 15th of every month, this is the information they have and I was not asked when I want my debit order should go through. I have received a confirmation from the bank the debit order was deducted of R399. I knew that I only have less than R399 from my account. I was furious to see this. I called Ongi to ask her why the debit order is going through on the 1 when I get paid on the 15th. She said she will refer the matter to Simon. The problem I have now are as follows:-My bank account is negatively affected by the unpaid debit order -My credit record is negatively affected and for this reason -I was declined by the bank for student loan for my son. The amount is R85000. I don't have this kind of money in my account, my son and college are waiting for me to register but we cannot do it until my credit record is clean. The bank is waiting for them
