PATHETIC PATHETIC..WORST GYM EVER

I have received two sms's from FNB that my account was debited by planet fitness on 10th and 15th October. I have forgotten all about planet fitness, they have not contacted me for over 3 years now since I lost my Job and my contract long expired and never renewed. I called the number on the debit reference and its Saya recoveries and they telling me it's for prescription and I must pay them 25% to settle it and they will get planet fitness to give me a paid up letter.
I mean really, have not heard from this people for more than 3 years, have not made any arrangements with anyone nor received any summons and now they just debit my account. When I lost my job I got listed by all my creditors, which made it not easy to get employment, some were even written off, and not making any contact at all. What is this prescription fee, and why debit my account after 3 years? Does the NCC allow such things?
