Staff at the gym is great during a panic attack

I had a panic attack (my throat closes up and I have severe difficulty in breathing - similar to an asthma attack, although I do not have asthma) this morning, and my blood sugar dropped whilst doing a spinning class. The staff that assisted was friendly, helpful and knowledgable in first aid. they made me relax (as the panic attack tends to be caused by stress and has been threatening for about a week to happen) and was mindful to keep me closed off from prying eyes - it is quite embarrasing to be caught by a panic attack during a cardio session. they gave me an Energade to push up my sugar, and gave me sound advise to avoid the blood sugar drop in future. i did not get all of their names - i know one of them is called Mo as I had attended one of his brilliant boot camp classes. i am more and more impressed by the staff at Rooihuiskraal club every day.
