I took out a membership in August with Zee. I advised him that I was on a rewards programme and that I should receive a discount. He signed me up and advised that he will convert my membership at the end of August and that I will need to pay an activation fee. I was debited R539 at the August and assumed that the amount was for my activation fee and membership. I was then deducted the same amount this month.after numerous messages for him and no call back, I went into the gym to sort it out with Zee and he was not helpful at all. I asked for the manager Thato and he refused to see me. I then spoke to Rodney who said there is nothing that they can do. They agree that Zee messed up but now I have to pay for his mistake which is highly unfair. The Brightwater management and sales staff namely Zee are absolutely unhelpful and incompetent. I need this to be sorted out and refuse to pay R600 for your staff's mess up. These guys are only interested in sales and now that they overcharged me they are unwilling to give my money back.
