Night staff clueless!

I walked into Medipark this morning at 3:49 informing the person sitting at reception that i am in need of an asthma inhaler. He then without noticing the discomfort i am experiencing points me to the dispensary telling me that the doctor will be out in a minute. i stand there for the next 6 minutes looking at my phone as the time goes by and with every breath getting shorter and shorter as i am having an ASTHMA ATTACK waiting for the mythical doctor. After a few more minutes she appears and without even noticing any other people in the place goes about her busyness for the next three minutes trying to figure out the password for the computers...
Eventually the doctor looks at me and asks how she can help where i inform her that i need an asthma inhaler. she walks over to them picks it up and continues to read the packaging for a while when she informs me that she is waiting for the other person to unlock the computers. i this point i start to lose it... "How does someone walk into a medical centre at 3:50AM asking for an asthma inhaler not seem like a emergency? " and i get this blank stare. with a reluctant handing over of the inhaler.
