Aggravates people with health conditions

My gran went shopping there and gave her shoprite bag in at the parcel counter, she lost the ticket for her bag in the store and after paying for her things told the girl she lost her ticket to which the girl replied she's then in trouble because she's not giving her bag! My gran told her she can tell her what is in the bag to which she replied she's not giving her bag! My gran had to first get her blood pressure up by making a scene about her bag that she could identify what's in the bag that other people obviously saw before the stupid cow eventually told her to identify what was in the bag when my gran already told her previously!! My gran has a heart problem and suffers from high blood and cholesterol!!! Who the would have been held responsible if she had a heart attack or a stroke while this stupid cow had my gran in a fit there because she's too stupid when the woman already told her what is in the bag but refused to give her bag??? I'm quite sure Pick n Pay would refuse to stand responsible if she had to suffer heart attack or stroke??? This should actually go to the papers how their staff aggravate old people with health conditions!!! Disgusting!!!
