Unlawful Deduction of funds

Planet fitness has unlawfully deducted funds from my bank account without my permission.

I have not had a planet fitness membership for 3 years and suddenly out of the blue they deduct money on the 9th day of the month.

Surely there should be a law protecting consumers from such behavio
