Assault at Virgin active

My wife was verbally and physically assaulted by another member a woman inside the gym. The woman screamed, kicked and slapped my wife over disagreement over slighty scratching her car a few weeks before.
No one in the gym including the personal trainers helped my wife. She ran away from the women and was quite shaken up. I went to the gym and spoke with manager on duty think Solomy and he told he reviewed the tapes and he saw the women was in the wrong. He didn't allow me to see the tape and I requested that I want to issue an assault charge against this women and I need her details. He said he would call the women and ask if she can give me her details. He told me she didn't pick up. Then he said he would spk to headoffice and he would call me back. Didn't hear from him again. My wife went few times go the gym and they were unwilling and unmotivated to help her! I don't even know if the abusive member was suspended?

The main issue is that security and safety at virgin balfour is not enforced at gym and my wife got hurt because of it. There was incident previously where member in the gym pointed a gun at another member, my wife was in the gym at the time. Something needs to chang
