Violation of private belongings and bad attitude

Good day,

My name is Frank; I am lodging a complaint against one of Nissi Risk Management staff member (a security guard - female). We are not sure of her name, my wife (Mathapelo) went to look for me at the Jet Store in the Loch Logan Waterfront Shopping Mall, and the security guard that was at the door went through my wife's belongings (staff that she bought) in a very disturbing and disrespectful manner. The time was about 12:42, the security guard was supposed to have closed the plastic bags with either a tape of using a stapler, instead, she went through my wife's belongings and asking in a very harsh manner "what is in here, what is in here", which I find very disrespecting and violating my wife's privacy. My wife is very angry, hurt, disrespected, violated; I can go on forever about how she feels. We want you to tell us what you are going to do about the incident, call my wife back with an apology and make sure that you have a serious talk with the security lady, we want to know if her job is to close the plastic bags or to go through what is inside of them.
