Rude employees on plane

Last night myself, my wife and my 6 month old daughter were return to JHB from Cape Town on a BA Flight. There were two employees from Virgin Active on the flight wearing their uniform. Not only were they very noisy throughout the flight but when we disembarked, passengers were waiting for my wife and child to move down the isle when they just walked in front of my wife. When I said they should of waited they got angry and would not apoligise. When I requested their names (a guy and a girl) the refused to answer and ran away. This incident reflects badly on your image and because of this I am cancelling my contacts with Virgin.
