Loaded an insurance which i didn`t agree about

On the 22-08-2013 at about 11:53 i received a call from Durban in the following number 0310012949.And so called a women i can`t even remember her name, she was explaining to me about cellphone insurance. And at last of the conversation she insisted that i must take insurance and i told her that i am still going to discuss the issue with my wife and she can call me the following day. She kept on insisting that i must take insurance the same day, and i kept on telling her that there is no way i am going take insurance before i discuss the matter with my wife. At the end we agreed that she will callme the following day and is then i will be able to tell her whether iam taking a contract or not. But to my suprise the same day my wife received an sms from vodacom and sms was telling her that insurance for her cellphone has been activated, don`t get confuse because is my wife`s cellphone we are talking about, but because i am the one who took the contract that is why that so called a women was talking to me. Back to where i was, i then had to call vodacom on 0821952 and asked them to cancell the cover immediatly. So thanks for vodacom and Linda Bongoza for your assistant
