We cancelled our gym membership but it was not cancelled. Instead Virgin Active gave us 4 months free membership in which time we did not use their facilities once so as to not give the wrong impression. We didn't want it in the first place. After the 4 months free membership they started charging us. Now there is a bill of over R2 000 that they want from us.
They person who called my wife, Lincoln Desmore, shouted at my wife over the phone and was very rude to her. He told her that certain things are not his job to do and we must sort it out our self.
For a company that places so much emphasis on personal well being, they really didn't't consider my wife's feelings before shouting at her.
We are really not impressed...
