Was referred by a friend to join Virgin Active- she said that you get a lot of options not to mention a free bag and when i got there i got the shock of my life... I was not given any options and was told that there are no promotions! Is this because I decided to go to Boulders one instead of the one that my friend went to? They must just be glad that there is no other alternative in the area that are suitable me. This is so disappointing to say the least from such a big company that has been around for so long!!
