What an embarrassment

Yesterday morning I arrived at the gym and had a friend with me whom I've been inviting to join Virgin since she's with Planet Fitness. When I signed up, I was told I have the option of bringing 1 friend/ visitor for a trial whenever I wanted to. Got to the gym yesterday morning @ 5 am and was turned away since that arrangement has never been heard of and secondly I was not prepared to pay that R150 they were asking for. What an embarrassment as the friend was coming all the way from Pretoria East! My friend then suggested that we go to Planet Fitness where I was allowed free entry and on top of that a month free trial with their gym. Now tell me again why I'm still with Virgin when you don't even value your members???
