BAD ATITUDE

I sent an email to Gerhard Marais Club General Manager of Bedfordview Planet Fitness regarding problems I was having with one of the staff members namely Simphiwe Mbokazi. He has both statements i.e. mine and Mr. Mbokazi but is waiting for more statements from Mr. Mbokazi friends that he was talking to thereby trying to intimidate me as a member and client. Why can't Mr. Gerhard Marais based on the two statements act accordingly. It must be noted that should Mr. Gerhard Marais insist on this process I will seek Legal advice. What's he trying to say that I am a THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE I don't wake up in the morning and scheme who am I going to nail in the gym, please I have better things to do PLEASE SORT OUT
