Empty Promises

Virgin active was running a special during the month of february 2013, to which they promised..refer a friend and get a month free membership... i referred 2 friends during the special. Its been 2 months and they still have'nt given me my free membership, they continue to debit my account. Last month I queried it and got told that everything is on track and my account will not be debited... guess what? they debited it... Having contacted them, they claim that i referred nobody... a woman called me last month from virgin asking if i know a Shadrack... to which i replied no, cos i dont... she obviously doesnt know how to read and pronounce names cos my brothers name is not Shadrack... anyway having said that... im utterly dissapointed, I reffered my brother and my boss and virgin refuses to acknowledge this... Pathetic Service!!
