My name is rose maja Im Logging a complaint about the service I got from sports fitness and club i was approached by one of the guys who works there asked me to join a gym at first i was hesistant to join and told him i dont want too many debits as i preffered paying cash he said they only do debit orders and anytime i need to cancel i can do so to my suprise when i called their offices to cancel my gym fee i was told today by a lady called pauline i signed a 3yr contract which i have never that because i experieced same problem before didnt want same thing to happen im so angry and disgusted because i feel i was ripped and robbed by someone who did not do his job properly by not explaining the terms and condtions and there was no honesty there the worst part i never even went there to workout as my job takes all my time time i want this matter to be sorted asap i cannot pay for something i dont even use this is absolutely ridilicous and i want everybody who thinks of joining this gym to think again because this is not customer service they doing this for the own good and get commisions hopefully i will be assisted not see deductuions regards unhappy client.
