I signed up with fitness club in 2011 if I remember correctly. I signed with Jaco he told me that I can't cancel my contract not unless I have a valid reason. I lost my job, I went to speak with one of the representative Nicky if I'm right. I told her my situation but she told me that nothing can be done with that. I just want to know if loosing a job is not a valid reason? how can I pay u if I don't have any income? because I keep on getting letters from u that my account is in areas.
